This paper offers a critical review of the exhibition Frontières produced in 2006 by the Musée des Confluences in Lyon; France. Using a post-structural framework; it compares the museum intent; the exhibition; and the public reception; in order to tease out questions of authoring; representation in the context of identity formation and global culture.
